2.2 – “the Lord commanded my father, even in a dream, that he should take his family and depart into the wilderness“ Compare 2 Nephi 1:3.
2.4 – “...he left his house, and the land of his inheritance“ Note that Lehi’s house and the land of his inheritance were not the same thing. This becomes more clear in 1 Nephi 3:16, when Nephi and his brothers “go down” from Jerusalem (elevation 2474′) to the land of their inheritance (Alma 10:3 states Lehi is descended from Manasseh, with lands to the north) to collect riches in an effort to purchase the plates from Laban.
2.5 – “he came down” (IC) – This is one example of many in which a person leaving Jerusalem goes “down.” Conversely, a person going to Jerusalem always goes “up.” This is consistent with the relative elevation of Jerusalem and its surroundings, and consistent with how inhabitants spoke about it. See here.
2.6-7 – “…he pitched his tent…he built an altar of stones” This might indicate Lehi was observing the feast of tabernacles at this time. See here for related details.
2.10 – “…firm and steadfast, and immovable in keeping the commandments of the Lord” Mormon later draws on this specific wording to describe a group of Lamanite converts. See 3 Nephi 6:14. Credit to Matthew Bowen (external link).
2.20 – “…inasmuch as ye shall keep my commandments, ye shall prosper, and shall be led to a land of promise“ (IC) Compare 1 Nephi 4:14.
2.22 – “ruler and a teacher over thy brethren” (IC) Compare 2 Nephi 5:19.
2.20-24 contains numerous thematic connections to Leviticus 26, summarized in this table.
